Our Heritage
The knowledge of growing the finest Arabica Coffee at high elevations takes decades to master. For over 130 years our family has created and nurtured one of the World’s finest coffee estates spread over several hundreds of acres. The Arabica Coffee grown in our Estates at heights of up to 5,000 feet is a unique partnership between our expertise and nature at its sublime best. Nature’s elements – soil, slopes, elevation, moisture, sunshine, shade, wind, rain – have all combined together to create unparalleled conditions to grow some of the finest Arabica in the World.
The Estate
Our Coffee Estate is nestled in the famous Baba Budan Mountain Range of the Western Ghats, a few minutes drive from Chikmagaluru in South India’s Karnataka State. This Range, regarded as the best location for growing premium arabica coffee in India, is named after the 16th century saint, Baba Budan. Coffee was introduced into India by Baba Budan when he clandestinely brought seven coffee beans from Yemen and planted them in this very mountain range more than 425 years ago.

Our Coffees
Our Coffees are organically shade-grown in our premium family-owned estates, hand-picked and shade-dried under the mountain sun for more than 25 days on customised elevated perforated trays prior to being blended by our world-renowned coffee grader. These gourmet coffee blends are then custom ground to various degrees of coarseness for each of our skincare products. Coffee is nature’s incredible skin care specialist. Antioxidant-rich coffee exfoliates dead skin cells, reduces inflammation, diminishes stretch marks and acne, has anti-ageing properties, reduces cellulite, calms the skin and makes it glow amongst other things.
